4 stars Very interesting one-record-band from Nantes, France. The first two compositions are really burning (!!!), having inspiration maybe from Mahavishnu Orchestra, Henry Cow and french zeuhl school. The names of these first titles are taken from Frank Herbert's novel. The LP-version was printed in 1981 and had only 1000 copies. Dün used in addition to guitars-bass-keys-drums also flutes and the most important speciality - xylophone-like percussion instruments! This CD version has in addition to original LP recordings three alternate takes of the same tracks what are unfortunately not so well done as original versions. But - the last (but not least) in this CD is live recording of fantastic and purely acoustic tune called Acoustic Fremen. All's well that ends well!
