4 stars Most Under-rated Rush album

Presto is my favorite Rush album since Hemispheres. Not to say that it is technically better, but it is more enjoyable then everything they've done, except the masterpiece Hemispheres. However, I have it 4 stars because it is not essential. Even being a HUGE Rush fan, Hemispheres, Moving Pictures, and Permanent Waves would be the only albums to get a 5-star essential rating. Presto's strength lays less in the technical power of the earlier albums and more in the emotional power and the strong song-writing. There are no stinkers on this album at all, but if I had to choose a weakest track, I'd pick either Anagram or War Paint.

Overall, not really a Prog album, but a great addition to anyone's music collection.
