3 stars It's strange how much a voice can make a difference. Jon Andersons singing here is almost better than it has been in Yes ever. To me it was always the strange part of the Yes sound. But here Jon is at home. I read a lot of praise about the long piece Horizon. Well it is long but it by no means rises to epic level. Musically it is actually boring. The pearls in this CD are those where Jon has a bigger part. Italian song starts great, requeim like. 2 nd 3 are ok but then listen to the Polonaise! Listen to the melody and the chord changes. Liste to how Jons voice is leading you to the hights and how Vangelis is backing him also rising to the climax. Man, you could win european song contest with this one! The absolute great is He is sailing. Almost a Yes song. Simple but genius. The only song here that keeps safely away from pop music.

Anyway this is good listening. Three stars.
