The first studio album by The 3rd and the Mortal is more atmospheric metal with doom influences than real prog metal. It alternates really quiet songs ("Vandring", "Lengsel"), metal instrumentals ("Trial of past") and emotional doomy songs ("Why so lonely" and "Atupoema" are on my list of favorites). Overall, an excellent addition to any music collection (prog or not prog). Rating: 85/100
