Anekdoten really sounds great on this disk.I think the Crimson sound is more pronounced here but that is not a bad thing.I never heard Crimson keep a steady groove like Anekdoten does at times.The melotron however is a dead ringer.What seperates Anekdoten from other Swedish prog is the excellent vocals which sound like Jack Bruce in many parts.
