ON AN ISLAND

I am sorry but this cd is worth 2.5 stars.It is for sure not a Pink Floyd album and to be honest there are only 2 tracks (on an island & take a breath) who could make it on a PF album.Dont get me wrong I love Pink Floyd (Genesis,Gentle Giant,Yes,ELP) But this is a David Gilmour project and nothing more,it is to quiet,to slow,to.... It has it's moments but not enough for me to give more stars.So after a few spins I found maybe 5 good songs on 10 and I'm generous.So it is not essential to your collection but a good buy for David Gilmour fans.Hurry up Roger Waters and come- back with Pink Floyd.
