4 stars I consider four stars the same as saying that this prog metal CD is 8/10 and in comparisons to other prog metal released these days I consider this to be a fair rating. Age of Nemeses are a talented band they have close to Dream Theater chops and they Know how to craft a song, to draw the listener in to their Dark at times bleak world. The recording is state of the art probably the best engineered CD i have heard in a long time (peaks at 99 db without any clipping) and the presentation of the CD art is nice however some lyrics would have been even nicer. This CD is unrelenting prog metal and I do emphasis metal. The singer is great, you need to consider Age of Nemeses are Hungarian but the Singer manages to sing with perfect English diction and he has an impressive range. The keyboard player plays in a classic prog style at times reminding me of Keith Emerson . The Rest of the band are also equally impressive. One small complaint is for my tastes I would have liked a few more mellow parts to the CD as I said before this is unrelenting prog metal that any Pain of Salvation fan , Dream Theater fan or Pagan`s Mind fan should investigate.

Regards Masque.
