My only album by Focus, and seeing as it is a compilation, it is bound to have a few or their worse songs. Songs such as ‘Focus (Instrumental) and ‘Tommy’; bland tracks with a piercing, out of place whine. However, it does contain some classic tracks, such as ‘House of the King’, ‘Hocus Pocus’ and ‘Sylvia’. I expect a better place to start would be with their more acclaimed work, but I got this free. I'm sure their studio albums are excellent, as some of these tracks are very promising.
