This is either a love it or hate it album. I must be one of the first group, and one of the few people who saw the film. The film was one of those French art house movies about a trek to a hidden valley in Borneo, PNG, or Indonesia (I forget which) and the soundtrack was the best thing about it. It must have really impressed me at the time because I went straight out and bought it. Even today I find it worth listening to.
