2 stars Money makes the world go round. I love Gentle Giant but I don't know why they gave GlassHouse the permission to release all these bootlegs without remastering and most of these bootlegs shouldn't have been released anyway.AC is either taped on a cheap tape recorder or a bad soundboard recording. The overall sound like on most of these boots is bad. this one is recorded the same tour as the official Playing the Fool and has nearly the same songs on it. There is only one interesting item of the show on this record, which isn't on PTF, the famous Quadra Violin Solo of Ray Shulman.

1 stars I recently purchased my first GG album which I believe to be the same album as Artistically Cryme but it goes by the name of Way of Life. What a huge disappointment - not by the group or the musicianship or the standard of each track, but the sound recording was abysmal. I couldn't hear the fantastic Gabrielesque voice of the lead singer because it sounded as if the backing music was being run over by an articulated lorry full of screaming cattle. What a huge pity because the bits of tracks that I could make out had so much in them. I really want someone to let me know which would be best album to get to give me the best introduction possible to GG. One star is for the CD producers spelling the groups name properly!
