2 stars One of the most classically inspired Coryell's work came after a 2 year break in recording. Coryell handles all playing duties by himself -> these are various acoustic guitars. Coryell possesses the finesse and elegance in playing classical music. The aim is not to play 100 notes per second but rather play cleanly with dignity. I prefer the second piece "Noches en los jardines de Espana" which sounds more sophisticated to me with its classical-jazzy chord sequences. The third track is simplistic comparing to the previous suites and closes the album on a less solemn note. There isn't much to fun to listeners who want to get challenged.
