4 stars Second album by Edge, a progressive rock band that is quite unlike its' neo-progressive counterparts in the 80s. This album is more mature with improved recording and production. The "jazz" touch is ever-present although one still finds the dark side of the music in some tracks ("Quiet Room" and "The age of faith"). It is a big shame that the band stopped after this one and remained unknown. A hidden gem for progressive rock fans. The band recorded an non-album track for a compilation by MSI. The track is called "The Chance to Change" and is more in the mood of their first album. What a pity this band didn't carry on. Truly an unknown gem in the progressive sea.
