1. Demo recorded November 2009 at Castle Blackburn.
2. Fotosputnik's cover of the Neu! classic. Recorded at The Cave sometime in 2009 during rehearsals for some gigs we played shortly before Graham left for France that Fall.
3. Demo recorded 2009
4. One-off studio jam recorded summer 2009 at The Cave. Jeff displays his "awesome" free-styling skills.
5. Demo recorded 2009
6. Home demo recorded at Owl Studio
7. Early version of "Tiny Ghost Echoes," as appears on the Omega Centauri EP. Recorded at The Cave in February-March 2009.
8. Demo recorded at Owl Studio in 2009
9. Outtake from the Omega Centauri EP. This version was considered too rough for public consumption and went unreleased as we could never get the definitive version down in the studio. Recorded at The Cave in March/April 2009.
10. Rough version of a song that eventually reworked for inclusion on Idiolects.
11. Recorded during a rehearsal for some shows we played during autumn 2009, right before we recorded Translucent Marmoset. This is an accurate representation of our live sound at the time. "Pax Americana" would typically end up as a lengthy medley of several musical motifs that would close our sets with a wall of fuzz.
12. Demo recorded 2009 at Owl Studio

Releases information

Artist statement:
"These songs were written and recorded in/around sessions for our second record Idiolects which lasted from about March 2009 to March 2010. Some bits ("Telekinesis 2", "White Mountain") were recorded during sessions for the Omega Centauri EP during February and March 2009. Demos were songs that didn't make the cut or were later re-recorded. Demos tracked on computers at home and were never finished or reworked by the group except for "Lunar Module" which Tom and Jeff eventually tracked at Owl Studio in March of 2010."

All songs engineered and recorded by Graham Grochocinski except demos, which were recorded by the individuals who wrote them. This release was produced by the band.

Cover artwork and liner notes by Tom Blackwell. Design by Graham Grochocinski

Digitally self-released via Bandcamp on January 1, 2011
