The Cinema Show biography
Founded in Tirano, Italy in 2011

THE CINEMA SHOW in 2014 started writing the original material that ended up on their debut album `L'eremita', released in June 2015. The band have a focus on song-driven indie-rock pieces with warm vocals, but they always divert into an eclectic variety of styles that embrace everything from psychedelic and alternative rock, jazz and even the theatrical flare of many symphonic Italian prog-rock bands past and present. They closest resemble the approach taken by contemporary bands like IL PARADISO DEGLI ORCHI, TACITA INTESA, FEM PROG BAND and others that cross a youthful modern vitality with a classic progressive rock sound of colourful instrumental passages.

Their most recent album `L'errante' arrived in February 2018, and is their most varied and exciting work to date that deserves to bring the band even more attention and exposure!
