Colaris biography
Founded in Pirmasens, Germany in 2009
Colaris is a trio from Pirmasens, a city in Saarbrucken (Germany) on the quiet side of post rock. Their music has links with the classic prog and some psychedelia. They mention Pink Floyd, King Crimson, Opeth Mastodon and Porcupine Tree as influences. The original lineup was made by Jessie SCHMIDT at guitar, Julian STEINBACH at drums and the bassist Philip ROEDER who has recently left the band that while I'm writing is looking for a new bass player.
