Founded 2010 in Lviv, Ukraine

SOMALI YACHT CLUB is a rock trio comprised of Mezk Erei (guitar, vocals), Artur (bass) and Lesyk Magula (drums). They started as a jam project in 2010, but evolved into a real three-piece band when self-releasing their first EP 'Sandsongs' in 2011.

To produce their full-fledged debut 'The Sun' 2014 they signed with German label Bilocation Records. 2018 then saw the release of the sophomore album 'The Sea'. The band's music combines elements of stoner, psychedelic, shoegazing and post-metal.
