Backward Runners biography
Founded in Olsztyn, Poland in 2014

A Polish combo BACKWARD RUNNERS were founded as a rock quintet in autumn 2014 by Maciek ROMANOWSKI (guitar), Małgorzata ZEMANOQICZ (keyboards, voices), Jacek OLSZEWSKI (bass), Maciej MATUSZCZYK (drums), and Oscar JENSEN (voices). In October 2014 they recorded and released the debut single "I Could / Gravity (Coda)" which was played via various local radio stations e.g. The Polish Radio Station 3 and 4. They, filled with energetic appreciation by the audience, started recording new material for their debut album, in collaboration with executive producers Peter "Pit" Kędzierzawski and Maciek himself.

BACKWARD RUNNERS signed a contract with an independent label Lynx Music and released their debut creation titled "Another Day, Another Dream" upon January 22, 2016, that was distributed in Europe, Japan or US. In autumn 2017 Oscar's left the project.
