Mantra Machine biography
Founded 2012 in Amsterdam, Netherlands

MANTRA MACHINE is comprised of the threesome Paul Geerts (guitars & synths), Eric Frantzen (bass) and drummer Jeroen Schippers. They describe their music as 'interstellar fuzzed out instrumental, a mix of heavy guitars, shimmering bass and grooving drums, soaked in mantra style instrumental synth soundscapes'.
In 2012 they debuted at the Sonic Rock Solstice festival in England, and released the first EP 'Stage One' soon after.

A full-length album called 'Nitrogen' was released in December 2014 then. 2016 saw them playing at Roadburn in Tilburg, Yellowstock in Belgium and they also made a minitour through Germany and Austria. In Summer 2019 their sophomore effort 'Heliosphere' was ready to be released.

Previous members have been Marijn Slot (bass) and Tjø van Zuijlen (bass & sampler). Similiar bands are Kungens Män, The Spacelords, 35007, Monkey3, Monomyth.
