Sherpa The Tiger biography
Originally started as a home-studio project SHERPA THE TIGER from Lviv, Ukraine evolved to a real band, musically focused on an obvious neo krautrock approach. The quartet is consisting of Artem Bemba (bass, flute, clarinet, vocals), Andrii Davydenko (keyboards), Mykhailo Kanafotskyi (guitars) and Iurii Khomik on the drums. Featuring exactly the same line up it's a side project to the band Sealand Airlines actually.

2018 saw the release of their debut album 'Great Vowel Shift' via Fuzz Club Records. Especially their sophomore album 'Ithkuil' from 2022 proves that they are capable of producing fine appealing songs. Stylistically this is comparable to the likes of Ashinoa, Perilymph or fellow countrymen Shiva The Destructor.
