Moths biography
MOTHS are the duo of Neil Armstrong, no, not that Neil Armstrong, and Duncan Allan, both multi-intrumentalists from North East England, who both play keyboards, guitars, basses, 12-strings, percussion and flutes. They cite as influences prog bands like Genesis, Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, Porcupine Tree and Ozric Tentacles, as well as more ambient artists like Brian Eno and Tangerine Dream, and also cite some influences from folk music, such as Nick Drake and Sandy Denny, jazz and modern bands like Massive Attack and Air. Duncan Allan is also involved in and plays bass, synthesizers and flutes, as well as sings for the modern aternative/experimental band Ryoga. Neil Armstrong is also the co-writer and involved in the making of a comedy movie set in the Dark Ages and apparently influenced by Monty Python, called Get Cuthbert.

MOTHS have thus far released two albums, the demo CD simply titled MOTHS in 2006 and Here Lies the Question in 2008.
