LA RUMEUR DES CHA�NES (The Murmur of Chains) are a melodic black metal band based in Albertville in France. Despite their black metal roots, the band has developed several avant-garde and progressive influences into their compositions since the formation of the band in 2001. They released their debut self-titled EP in 2005, it remains their only official release to date. LA RUMEUR DES CHA�NES' compositions will appeal to both black metal and experimetal metal fans, and form a integral part of the underground experimental metal scene in France.
