Subinterior biography
Subinterior is the alias of Italian Andrea Freschi. Freschi has been apart of the Italian music scene for over fifteen years now, first playing drums in the gothic rock bands Canaan and Weltschmerz, before deciding to strike out on his own and produce some terrifyingly disturbing dark ambient soundscapes. Freschi does not use synthesizers or keyboards, however, to achieve his dark visions. Freschi uses field recordings of unusual 'industrial' objects, such as lapping wheels, lathes, industrial refrigeration plants, safety doors, and many other odd objects. He then processes these sounds through equipment to achieve the finished product.
