Founded in Boston, USA in 2007

BEN LEVIN GROUP is the brainchild of Boston-based guitarist/composer Ben Levin. A graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music, Levin has already accumulated a lot of experience both as a recording and performing artist.

The band - who, according to the artist himself, currently comprises seven members, some of whom are also members of BENT KNEE (another of the projects in which Levin is involved) - though its personnel has undergone numerous changes over the years. According to the artist himself, BEN LEVIN GROUP allows him to push his compositions to the limit. Since 2009 the band has released six albums - all concept albums that (again in Levin's own words) tell stories mostly about death. Its latest effort, "Freak Machine", was released in February 2015.
