Zhoda biography
Fairfield, Texas based progressive metal act ZHODA was founded in October of 2009 by Taylor SHARP (guitars) and Zach ''Scotty'' PRIHODA (keyboards). Evolving their style through the years, the band filled its roster with the additions of Ashley KETHLEY (vocals), Ryan TURCHI (bass) and Zachary PRATT (drums). Their style of progressive metal incorporates influences from classic metal acts such as DREAM THEATER as well as metal bands with a more modern approach to their sound such as PERIPHERY. There can also be found elements of jazz fusion as well as symphonic metal in the vein of EDENBRIDGE. In July of 2015, the band released their first album entitled ''Manic Fantasies''.
