The Yeqy biography
The YEQY is a project founded by drummer Milan JEJINA in 2015. Based out of Belgrade, Serbia, this artist is also the drummer for ORGANIZED CHAOS and has played with DESTINY POTATO as well as cooperated with Max CAVALERA (ex SEPULTURA, SOULFLY, CAVALERA CONSPIRACY) and Paul DI'ANNO (ex IRON MAIDEN). With The YEQY, Milan performs most of the instrumentation but guest performers also contribute to the project's sound, which is based off of progressive metal but with strong jazz leanings and keyboards that harken back to vintage early 70's progressive rock stylistics. The first release by this act, Omnivorous, was released on September 1st of 2015.
