5 stars Few records have marked as much a group's career as the Dark Side at The Moon for Pink Floyd. It had such relevance and significance that until 2020 it has accumulated 950 weeks in the lists of the best-selling albums. A long lasting endurance.

From its legendary cover, the prism projecting the rainbow colors on the black background, the various topics addressed (money, time, loneliness, dementia, among others), the music, the lyrics, the spectacular production, arrangements, etc., converged to make of Dark Side at The Moon a timeless rock masterpiece.

There is not much to add to the tons of writing that exists on the album. I can just join the legion of fans who constantly listens to it and enjoy it from beginning to end. I would like to make a special emphasis on the iconic Time and the deafening sound of clocks striking the time madly and the mesmerizing guitar solo of the unsurpassed David Gilmour, as well as on Torri Clark's anguished screams on the devastating Great Gig in the Sky. Also the emblematics Money (with its immortal bass line) and Us and Them (sax solos included as in Money) deserve to be mentioned, just like the incredibly intense and disturbing Brian Damage and Eclipse , which address madness as a central theme, and give an imposing closure to one of the fundamental works and pillar of rock music.

Essential.
