CAMERE ZIMMER ROOMS

'Camere Zimmer Rooms' boasts a really cheap trick for the front cover. It's a one click Photoshop job that's achieved in a matter of seconds. Bahh! Thankfully the album itself is pretty good and sometimes excellent, which is surprising considering this is just a lot of bits and bobs that were left over and re-worked. The band had just about bought new equipment for touring, and they set up everything in the studio just to check things out. The subsequent recording is what you get here. Only 'I Pinguini' was recorded three years later in 1980 at the time of their second album. A 'Canterbury' LP that fans of 'Egg' & 'Hatfield' will probably like. Track 2 - 'Il Mare D' Irlanda' (The Sea of Ireland), is particularly good with some really nice vocals and very clear guitar.
