1 stars Only for people who have a limited money budget and wants to explore a bit of new and old Pink Floyd at the same time. Otherwise, I would rather recommend you getting a studio album of theirs since it's a much better choice than this odd compilation. At least there are some interesting songs here, they even put the freak show 'Several Species..' on here, the only track from their smoked out Ummagumma album to ever appear on a PFloyd compilation. Despite a few of the tracks having alternate mixes and new cross fades into them, I have to agree with fellow reviewer Cluster One on that this was obviously an attempt by Capitol Records to cash in at PF's popularity, and to tease the public add the unreleased 'Embryo' (another one from the Umma sessions) track to the stew. Nice try, but it didn't really work..
