UNION

Oh my... I'd like to tell you that besides being a prog rock fan, I'm also a fan of lots of the 80's pop bands, thus being used to formulaic music and simple heavy-metal-guitar-based songs. That said... let me tell you listening to the whole Union album is a painful experience. "Big Generator" was bad, but at least shorter...this is a big, very big chunk of music that's not complicated enough to be good prog rock, not catchy enough to be good pop, and not imaginative enough to be good music. This is not a Union; this is a pastiche.
