5 stars This was my first PoS album and it leaves me hungry for more. I love it. This will be spinning in my player for some time. The vocals are outstanding, the guitar work is very well done. This is a really interesting album, it has so much substance and magnitude to it. the lyrics are deep and meaningful and make you stop and think. The keyboards are not a central role in thier sound but more of a background sound that adds to the over all mood. Plus, its a concept album, and i have always loved those.

The guitar solos are also very well done. They have alot of emotion behind them and you can just picture the faces he's making as he does them. Like i said before, it has many styles in it. It goes from these jazzy riffs on the bass that are very well done to some nice heavy riffage that is executed very well on guitar. They have a very unique sound that is all thier own. They don't sound like they are trying to simply emulate Dream Theater and other such big bands in this genre. They are really what this music scene needs, they are actually experimenting with many different sounds and are still able to make it flow perfectly. This is one of the best prog ablums I have in my case. It is a must have if you love innovation. They are a very talented and amazing prog metal band. Buy and enjoy!
