I recently gave my comment about the album of the French band Iris and funny enough I can say the same about this album. It's very quiet, melodic music with hardly any diversity. All songs are instrumental and you can play it while you sleep. Also in this case I don't mean it degrading. The music is ok, just not very spectecular.

It's actually very nice background music, you just don't have to sit down for it and have a good listen because it's mainly all the same.
