3 stars If writing about music is like dancing about architecture, what is music about paintings? I hate to say it, but the music here just doesn't quite rise to the artistic brilliance of the paintings. Not so much the fault of the music as much as of the quality of the paintings.

I picked it up on my first visit to the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida back in the '90's. Shame on you if you are in the Tampa area and you don't drop by. It has an abundant collection of the art of a guy who was to painting what progressive is to music.

Only two of the musical artists that participated are officially listed on the Prog Archives at the moment, Djam Karet and Klause Schultze. This is most certainly a solid progressive electronic album. I've become big fans of Djam Karet and Steve Roach, but only after I rediscovered them in the '00's.
