4 stars Their takeoff might have already been freakout and meditative, I guess.

A crack with a metallic gong makes our phacked tour get started upon the first track "Den Gule Filthmand". Acoustic mandolin (guitar?) based simple but persistent riffs give us mind-altering situation. This essence under their musical commune drenched in acid smoke or substance should be their daily basis, regardless of listeners or fans. Cannot help feeling they should have created a music-enshined religion for them.

The same texture can be felt in the following stuff "Kom Lad Os Dulme Vores Nerver Lidt", a slowly and heavily atmospheric spelling song. Listen carefully to the track, especially powerless, but addictive voices veiled in cloudy violin sound-smoke. Although we cannot understand their words (Danish), their toxic substance called acid folk must absorb us gradually but strongly ... does Danish itself have such an ability?

And yes, in the last 20-minute sweet suite "Lædersexdress", we completely are immersed in their abusive space, as if we drunk mind-toxic agents aggressively. Loose tribal comfort holds our mind-core like a daemon. But in the latter part, also their mind might have been grabbed by a daemon deeply in them I'm afraid ... almost all of their musical unity is lost anywhere, and only dim dark air can be left alone. What a vacancy, and a wonderful meditation, that should link to their following eponymous album I'm sure.
