3 stars Boo!

PIKE 135 - HAUNTED ROLLER COASTER CHAIR is the 34th release by BUCKETHEAD in 2015.

This album is all instrumental.

All instruments played by BH.

Clocks in at 29:58

This album is much like the previous "Pike 134 - Digging Under The Basement"

However this one is less progressive electronic and more ambient with guitar echoes

This one is broken up into 9 tracks: Any . Volunteers . a . Ghost . Will . Fol . low . You . Home

Once again, it's impossible to distinguish tracks and they all run together

Although this one isn't as interesting as its predecessor, it does convey the feel of its title

This really feels scary and haunted and although not as interesting as "Digging..." still cool

Once again, no rock, metal, funk or jazz of any kind. This one is free but has repetition

There is a lot of echoey bass, guitar that is subdued plus other sounds like glockenspiel?

This has a very detached and true outer space effect. The soundtrack of the space station?

Very cool and this kind of experimental music is hard to describe. Sometimes it works

Sometimes it has the "Jaws - Soundtrack" impending doom feel

While "Digging..." worked wonders with my imagination, this one seems a little dull in comparison

Not that it's bad just inferior. It does keep me listening though and deserves 3 stars
