TELL ME!

Argus (don't be confused with many bands with same name) is from Holland formed around 2008 and releasing their first album this year 2016 named Tell me. The music is pretty much ok most of the time, with influences from Pink Floyd in places, old british school like Genesis, Camel , neo prog a la Pendragon but aswell with their country fellows like Hangover Paradise among others. Melodic guitar lines, nice minimoog passages and hammond parts all done under neo prog flag with symphonic touches here and there. All pieces are over 7 min, with quite nice elaborated parts, even far from great or original, but well done. overall Crisis the opening, ot the title track are ok at best, like the rest I might saying.So, 3 solid stars maybe 3,5 stars in places, well done, well produce, well played. A nice one.
