PROG REVIEWER
4 stars Here's the brandnew live CD from the promising French progrock band Nemo. It's recorded April 23rd 2005 in Blavozy, France and contains 8 tracks. I was very delighted about Nemo their three studio-albums (especially their latest entitled "Prelude a la ruine") because of the powerful and dynamic blend of rock, jazz, metal and classic, loaded with great breaks and soli. So I was very curious to this live CD, is Nemo able to capture the exciting spirit from their studio albums? Well, they are, what a dynamic sound and what an amount of fresh and original ideas! My highlights on this live CD are "Les tempes modernes" (splendid break with swinging piano and biting electric guitar, then a strong organ solo), "1914" (great interplay between guitar and keyboards), "Cavalerie/Confrontation" (huge tension between fiery guitar and orchestral keyboards) and "Cluster 84" (swinging bass sound and again great interplay between guitar and keyboards).

THIS NEW AND EXCITING FRENCH PROGROCK BAND DESERVES WORLDWIDE ATTENTION!!
