This is basically a forgettable album by Crack The Sky. It's not quite the stinker that "White Music" was, but forgettable anyway. There is a bit of the John Palumbo humor in the writing, but the band just doesn't match the original group. The band here consists of Vince DePaul on keyboards, who joined the band for the "Safety In Numbers" tour, and would remain until 1989, Carey Ziegler on bass and John Tracey on drums, both of whom would rejoin the band for the late 80s reunion, and Michael taylor on guitar.

Notable tracks, as it were are A Girl Like You, which appears to be desperately trying to imitate the sound of the original lineup, but misses, Only The Lonely, a dirge that sort of gets interesting toward the outro, Is All We Know, a funky song with some nice bass work, and The Other Guy, with an interlude that does a better job than any song on the album of capturing the original band's sound, but that sections is too fleeting.

This album is only for CTS completionists. At one time, you could download this album and others and some live concerts from the band's web site.
