November biography
NOVEMBER has a wonderfully accessible sound with a lead singer (Karl Messemaker) who has an unbelievable voice and reminds me very much of Peter Gabriel. The songs are quite clearly in the song format and contain some great musical moments. The melodies are very accessible as are the arrangments in most cases.

3 stars Classic and highly emotional Dutch progressive rock on the now defunct SI Music label. NOVEMBER have a wonderfully accessible sound with a lead singer (Karl Messemaker) who has an unbelievable voice and reminds me very much of Peter GABRIEL. Their sound is a blend of mainstream with fringe progressivre rock elements and do actually remind me Peter GABRIEL's music quite a bit. "The First Of November" is actually quite symphonic with orchestration throughout. I find the songs well written and contain some great musical moments, delivered with some solid musicianship.
Thanks to ProgLucky for the artist addition.
