Death Machine biography
DEATH MACHINE is a ZERO HOUR side project with brothers Jasun (guitar,known here as Thrak) and Troy (bass, aka Devin) Tipton and drummer Mike Guy.Vocalist Kirk and Elias (electronics) round out the line-up.

DEATH MACHINE began as a conversation between Kirk,a ZERO HOUR fan,and Mike Guy.The main goal was to make music that was more direct,aggressive and powerful than ZERO HOUR'S music.DEATH MACHINE then recorded a 5 song demo,which was produced by Dino Alden,who has had a hand in the recording of all of ZERO HOUR'S albums.The band then gigged around the local Bay Area club scene and was met with enthusiastic responses.They recruited a little known and reclusive electronics guru named Elias and in two short months wrote and rehearsed 7 more songs.

In 2003 DEATH MACHINE released their first full-length self titled album.

DEATH MACHINE play dark,bludgeoning yet intricate progressive metal with some electronic effects to give it just a hint of industrial flavor.Highly recommended for progressive metal fans who don't mind the heavier side of the metal coin.
