I Am Waiting For You Last Summer biography
Formed in Ryazan, Russia in 2011 at a THIS WILL DESTROY YOU concert, I AM WAITING FOR YOU LAST SUMMER was initially just guitarist Alex SOKOLOV and guitarist Eugene POPOV. They soon added Lev NIKITIN for electronic effects. Their brand of post-rock is not quite so akin to the dark and drone-laden music THIS WILL DESTROY YOU puts forth, rather I AM WAITING has a distinctively energetic and electronic-influenced sound.
