2 stars "Move me on to any black square"

Your Move is the first part of the song I've Seen All Good People from The Yes Album. This song about chess (!) was released as a single with Steve Howe's Clap as its b-side (mistakenly re-named "The Clap", which is unfortunate as that is an alternative name for Gonorrhea!).

It is often frustrating to hear single edits of songs with which you are already familiar as they tend to break off or fade out just before they are about to lead into the best parts of the song as you know it. And so is the case here with Your Move. The single edit of Your Move has since been included as a bonus track on the remastered CD version of The Yes Album which also has a nice studio version of Clap (the version on The Yes Album was a live recording, which I always found a bit weird to put a live track on a studio album).
