4 stars This seems like an attempt for these rock dinosaurs from Asia to make a quick buck from their nostalgic fans without trying too hard. And guess what? It's not half bad. It's actually one of their more consistent, catchy, rocky and brightly produced efforts. Since their reunion in original line-up, Asia has actually been resurgent, with their last three albums (this album plus Phoenix and Omega) topping their frequently lackluster 1990s output. This is well played, but simplified pop rock music. No trace of prog. But it's a perfect energizing accompaniment for driving a car or doing house chores, all while nodding in agreement and humming the tunes.
