5 stars This is certainly no "Dark Side of the Moon". It's certainly no "In Absentia". And, it's certainly no "Warrior on the Edge ot Time". So what is it then?

Almagest is a dreamy and ethereal, is beautiful and everything about it is wonderful in its simplicity. The music are all different and is able to create images and feelings that make things look so dreamier than ever.

I think this album deals with the five elements in the taoism filosophy, air, earth, fire, water and metal. So i think this is a concept album. In Murmurs is represented air, and in the end of the song itīs feels like a strong breeze which are temporary but remains around us to eternity. In the second song Pale White Dot is represented earth and this element is also regarded as central to balance and the place where energy becomes downward in movement. It is the symbol of stability. The fire is represented in Low Mass Stars the symbol of combustion that represents the functions of the body that have reached that fleeting moment of maximum activity and indicating that decline is then inevitable. Water is represented in Spirit of The Water that is the element that governs the balance between fear or being exploited and the desire to dominate. And finally in Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors is represented the metal that is the force of gravity the powers of electrical conductivity and magnetism.

And " Cosmos Celestial Movement" represent the five elements together, and when the five elements are together there is peace in soul and in mind. And there is a Cosmos Celestial Movement. Perfect!

The weak point of this album is the production but who cares really? This band is independent and dont have any kind of support. So for that circumstances this is an excellent masterpiece work. 4.5 stars. Welcome Egyptian Kings.
