Highly underrated. Really shows that DT at their best need a leash to keep their instrumental prowess in check. Before his departure, Moore was the balancing factor of the band, now that role has been filled by the producer and the record company. This has led fans of the band to believe that DT was suckered into making a pop/rock record, which this most definitely isn't. Rather, it's a mature and focused progressive rock album, with highly concentrated material which shows DT utilizing their chops tastefully. Petrucci's solos are top notch, especially on Lines in the Sand.
