OCEANSIZE'S second album does not disappoint! OCEANSIZE demonstrates the multi-layered sound parts
that go into making music, and displays each of the band member's talents. This record is generally heavier
than their first effort, "Effloresce", and is generally experimental, with crunching guitar riffs and passages
and lighter, softer, keyboard ans sound effect passages. The vocals are of varying volume and are finely
produced and layered. I recommend this album for anyone who likes their music even the slightest bit
heavy, and especially for fans of KING CRIMSON and (although not fuly reminiscent of their sound) BLACK
SABBATH. This is the first 5 star rating I'm going to give out, but this album if fully deserving of it. It feels
complete in every which way. If you don't liek it the first time, it will definetly grow on you.
