DEADWING

I am very thankful for this album. Not only because almost all of the songs are well done and very good listening, but because this is a progressive band that you can show your freinds. This album isn't too weird to have misconceptions but is also not simple enough to be classified as crap. "Lazarus" is beautiful. "Shallow" rocks like crazy. "Mellotron scratch" is one of the best building up songs I've heard...the epic "Arriving Somewhere" is very moody and scary almost. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As far as a prog album, not very innovative to be honest. As a mainstream rock album, one of the greatest things we've heard for a long time!

A good album and a good way to bring others into the world of progressive music.
