IO SONO NATO LIBERO

I think this album determines quite a formula for most of the basis absorbed by the 70's italian prog bands. I also think BMS unconsciously created a "prog school" for the bands to come in the next two decades, and not only with this album but with "Darwin" and "Di Terra"; and now we can taste BANCO's creation in contemporary italo prog bands like DEUS EX MACHINA and ARTI E MESTIERI just for pointing out a couple. BANCO's "Io Sono Nato Libero" has beautiful drum and percussion preludes as a manner of "red carpet" for Francesco Di GIACOMO's gifted voice all along this recording. Simply "magnífico!"
