Peto like
2 stars Jerusalem An organ driven ballad. very majestic and also melodic. 5 stars. Great drumming from Palmer.

Toccata Mostly weird organ soloing and moog wailing with some great drumwork. 0 stars

Still...you turn me on An acoustic ballad in the typical Lake manner. Which is a good thing. The track even gets a faster part with wah wahed electric guitar. 5 stars

Benny the bouncer Aww...Lake singing like Lemmy from Motorhead? And the melody is just bland with a barroom piano solo that a lot less notable players could pull off. 0 stars.

Karn evil 9 1st impression A typical Elp rocker driven by hammonds. Still, Lakeīs singing is nothing to write home about on this one. Not even a melody. Still, I like the instrumental break by Emerson (even on the moog). And Lake plays a decent electric guitar part concluding the track. Is it just me or he sounds like Steve Hackett? 3 stars

Kaen evil 9 2nd impression Ok, a weird piano instrumental. And even long one. Some parts are interesting, but thereīs not much of it there. 1 star

Karn evil 9 3rd impression Great in parts, but not as a whole. The sung part is fine, but the last three minutes with the horrendously vocals by Lake and the mindless synth conclusion is useless. 2.5 stars

Overal rating: 2 STARS

I WOULD RECOMMEND IT ONLY TO FANS AND COLLECTORS. Even though it is considered a classic, better buy Trilogy, Pictures afrom the exhibition or, buy a compilation, possibly THE ANTLACTIC YEARS, as there are all the great songs by the band, plus some I donīt think are that great, but they are considered to be.
