PICTURES AT AN EXHIBITION

That was my first contact with the Modest's music. And I liked it very much. Especially the unrestrained vitallity of this live record and also, I have found the Greg's voice one of the best. So I was driven to look for the original, and I found the orchestral version. Uh, and I liked it more. But then I learnt that still it was not the original but the transcription made by Ravel (there is another one by Rimskij-Korsakov, too). Finally, I come across the real piano original, and simply, it was the best. So I have to rank this abum 4*. Only the original remains the masterpiece.
