2 stars Best-of albums released fairly early in a bands career are always ones to be wary of, and this is a prime example why. They are mere cash-ins with no use for existing fans, and this is not the kind of genre where a newcomer is advised to reach for a compilation of this nature anyhow as they barely represent a suitable cross-section of a band's work. It is even less relevant in that purpose nowadays as it concentrates more on the first two albums than on Spiritual Healing and the (at the time) latest album Human which would set the standard for the later DEATH albums. This one is an awkward mishmash of songs that mixes highly dubious choices with the obvious essentials. I'm also surprised at the lack, of Lack of Comprehension (no pun intended) as that was one of the more popular songs off Human which even had a video made for it. Not much else to say about it, except to dish out the judgment. 1 star in principle, bumped up to 2 stars only because the actual material is very good.
